Special Functions
Special Functions are welcome at The Old Britannia Schoolhouse!
The Old Britannia Schoolhouse is available for a limited number of special functions on weekdays from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm and on weekends.
Some examples of functions held at the schoolhouse:
Many teachers have celebrated their retirement with their colleagues in the one-room school.
Several School Councils have made this an interesting change of venue for their meetings.
The Schoolhouse is a popular site for wedding and engagement photos. To make arrangements and obtain a permit contact the Peel District School Board 905-890-1010, Ext. 2632.
Community groups can learn about the schoolhouse with a presentation from the Friends of the Schoolhouse either at the schoolhouse or at their own meeting location.
